Are there any other costs with this program?
Upon approval of your application, a one time documentation fee of $99 may be assessed by the finance company. Additional state and local sales taxes that may apply are billed with your monthly invoice. You will also be responsible for purchasing your own maintenance kits and paper.
Are there any additional usage charges?
Absolutely not! Unlike similar programs, how you use the printer is your choice.

Who is eligible to participate in the Free Printer Program?
Any U.S. based organization in business 2 years or longer with at least 1 employee and acceptable credit.
Can I apply for more than one printer with this program?
Absolutely, as long as your credit is approved! Many clients have multiple printers depending on the needs of their organization.
What does “acceptable” credit mean?
It is important you have both experience in the business you are applying for as well as a good payment history. If you are not a corporation or are a young organization, your personal credit may be utilized in this evaluation process, should you chose to move forward we will contact you and request additional information if needed.
What happens after my credit approval?
You'll be sent your agreements for your signature. Please sign and return them once we receive them back we will ship you your new printer.
Once I have qualified, how long with it take for my printer to arrive?
Typically you will receive your printer in 5 to 10 business days; however it may take longer dependant upon availability and/or your geographic location.
Can I return the printer if I want?
We have placed many free printers with satisfied clients. In most cases the printer far exceeds the expectations of our clients. However, since the program is a commitment once it has been started the printer cannot be returned.
Who installs my printer once it arrives?
You are responsible for installing the printer. Technical support is free should you need it.
What about technical support and service?
Free telephone technical support and on-site service are all part of the program. If you need service or support, just pick up the phone and call. You can always feel free to e-mail us as well. If we can’t fix it over the phone, a repair technician will be sent out to you to repair or replace your printer at no cost to you. FreePrinterPower does reserve the right to charge for any on-site service when deemed the repair is exceptional.
What if I need more ink than provided under the program?
You may purchase additional ink directly from us toll free at: 1-(877) 927-7468.
How am I billed?
A monthly invoice will be sent to your organization.
What happens after the completion of the program?
If all monies due under the program have been paid in full, you keep the printer it’s yours.
You can keep it or upgrade to the latest and greatest new model.
