How do I get started?
Complete the on-line application on the right hand side of the FreePrinterPower home page. It only takes a moment to see if you qualify for a free printer and we will not send anything without your specific approval.
I understand the printer is FREE, what am I paying for with my monthly fee?
You are paying for the monthly automatic ink shipment, service agreement and applicable taxes.
How many sticks of ink will I receive each quarter?
8560/DN - 4 Cyan / 4 Magenta / 4 Yellow / 9 Black
8560/DT - 6 Cyan / 6 Magenta / 6 Yellow / 18 Black
8560MFP/D - 8 Cyan / 8 Magenta / 8 Yellow / 18 Black
How long is the program commitment?
All printer programs are for 24 months only, at the end of the program you own the printer, no questions asked.
What are the fees for each program?
Phaser 8560/DN - $99
Phaser 8560/DT - $169
Phaser 8560 MFP/D - $199
Are there any other costs with this program?
Upon approval of your application, a one time documentation fee of $99 may be assessed by the finance company. Additional state and local sales taxes that may apply are billed with your monthly invoice. You will also be responsible for purchasing your own maintenance kits and paper.
What does the program include?
The FreePrinterPower program includes a FREE color printer of
your choice, regular shipments of printing supplies,
and technical service and support, all for a minimum monthly
supplies payment.
Are there any additional usage charges?
Absolutely not! Unlike similar programs, how you use the printer is your choice.
Who is eligible to participate in the Free Printer Program?
Any U.S. based organization in business 2 years or longer with at least 1 employee and acceptable credit.
Can I apply for more than one printer with this program?
Absolutely, as long as your credit is approved! Many clients have multiple printers depending on the needs of their organization.
What does “acceptable” credit mean?
It is important you have both experience in the business you are applying for as well as a good payment history. If you are not a corporation or are a young organization, your personal credit may be utilized in this evaluation process, should you choose to move forward we will contact you and request additional information if needed.
What happens after my credit approval?
You'll be sent your agreements for your signature. Please sign and return them once we receive them back we will ship you your new printer.
Once I have qualified, how long with it take for my printer to arrive?
Typically you will receive your printer in 2 to 10 business days; however it may take longer dependant upon availability and/or your geographic location.
Can I return the printer if I want?
We have placed many free printers with satisfied clients. In most cases the printer far exceeds the expectations of our clients. However, since the program is a commitment once it has been started the printer cannot be returned.
Who installs my printer once it arrives?
You are responsible for installing the printer. Technical support is free should you need it.
What about technical support and service?
Free telephone technical support and on-site service are all part of the program. If you need service or support, just pick up the phone and call. You can always feel free to e-mail us as well. If we can’t fix it over the phone, a repair technician will be sent out to you to repair or replace your printer at no cost to you. Free Printer Power does reserve the right to charge for any on-site service when deemed the repair is exceptional.
What if I need more ink than provided under the program?

How am I billed?
A monthly invoice will be sent to your organization.
What happens after the completion of the program?
If all monies due under the program have been paid in full, you keep the printer it’s yours. You can keep it or upgrade to the latest and greatest new model.
